‘- How did he propose?

Knowing I have a Disney obsession and that Ariel was my favorite princess, he planned a weekend getaway to Walt Disney World in February of 2019. Our second day there, he had planned for us to get out pictures made with Ariel. Having absolutely no idea, we waiting in line for over an hour to see her. (He was soooo quiet the whole time) When it came our turn, I was talking and making small talk with Ariel then he came and sat down with us and the Disney photographer starting taking pictures. After about 5 pictures Myles stood up, grabbed my hand, and got down on one knee. Little did I know, that the next day he had matching shirts made for us and he had made dinner reservations at my favorite restaurant in Disney Springs, Morimoto Asia. When we got there, our waiting walked us to our table and there sat both of our entire families ready to celebrate with us!!! It was the best weekend!!

-Tell us about your venue and why you chose it:

The name of my venue was Circle B. It is a small elegant barn with a gorgeous outdoor area. I loved how simple it was. It is all white with a beautiful chandelier right in the center. I felt that it had the elegance and simplicity that would compliment the winter theme of my wedding. Plus the owner is absolutely precious.

-What was your favorite and least favorite part about the wedding planning process?

My favorite part about wedding planning was picking out my dress. The staff at Monica’s Bridal made sure that I had exactly what I wanted. They ensured that I found my dream dress regardless of the circumstances. I felt so special! It was when I found my dress that I truly felt like a bride. I’m not sure that I had a least favorite part. It all seemed to go pretty smoothly.

-Any advice for other brides planning their big day?

My advice would be to not stress, breathe, and enjoy this season of being engaged and planning the most important day of your life. Everything will all work out in the end!

-What was your favorite part about your wedding day?

My favorite part of my wedding day was when they pulled back the curtains and I saw my groom standing at the end of the isle. That day was full of anxiousness, butterflies, and anticipation but when the curtains were drawn and I saw my husband waiting for me I had a sense of peace. All of the nervousness, butterflies, and anxiousness fled and I knew everything was ok.
