What is a Sample Sale?

We offer y’all DEEP discounts on our stock sample wedding dresses (the dresses brides try on in our store) to make room for new ones! Discounts can be up to 90% off, and wedding dresses will start at $200. We will also have a selection of accessories; jewelry, veils, belts, etc. that will start at $10.

How will this work?

You and your crew will be able to comb the racks looking for THE dress. Discounted gowns will be marked with bright ribbons. You may bring 3 wedding dresses into the room with you at a time, but don’t worry! The Bridal Babes will be on hand to help give options and suggestions and to put the gowns back for you. If you have ever dreamed about the real Monica’s Bridal Experience and have your heart set on that, this may not be the best time for you to come in. We would encourage you to make an appointment at a time outside of the sale dates.

Do I need to make an appointment?

The short answer is no, but you should! Why? It guarantees you one hour in a fitting room & a Bridal Babe to help you find and trade out gowns while you’re trying them on. Otherwise you may have to wait for a fitting room to open up (and that’s no fun). Plus, anyone who makes an appointment OR buys a wedding dress during the sale will get to draw from our Tuxedo Deck of Discounts (think $$ off or even a free suit/tux rental!). You will be asked to put a card in to reserve your appointment, but are only charged if you don’t come or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

What sizes/styles will be included in the Sample Sale?

Wedding gowns included in the sale will be sizes 0 – 28. Keep in mind that bridal sizes are a little different from regular clothes’ sizes. Typically a wedding dress will run 1-2 sizes smaller than your “normal” clothes. For example, if you are normally a size 10, you will likely be a bridal size 12-14. Lots of different styles will be included- from classic to boho, long sleeves to strapless. We will make every effort to offer an array of choices to y’all!

What other fun things does this Sample Sale entail?

So glad you asked! First, sweet treats and refreshments for everyone! AND on top of major deals on wedding dresses, we are also offering a 10% discount on special order wedding dresses this weekend only!* When you say “Yes!” to a wedding dress this weekend (sample OR special order) you will receive:

– A mystery coupon worth $25-$200 off a full priced accessory (valid on veils, headpieces, jewelry, gloves, jackets, etc.).

– A turn to draw from our Tuxedo Deck of Discounts for everything from $5 off your suit/tux rental to a FREE rental!

How many people can I bring with me?

Sample Sales are a little more, ahem, rowdy, than normal bridal experiences with us. There are usually a lot more people in store and the spaces given to each bride get a little smaller due to this. Plan on bringing about 3 people max, as there may not be room for more than that in your sitting area.

What about alterations?

Alterations and repairs are not included in the price of any of our wedding dresses. We cannot guarantee the availability of alterations, but will work with each bride on a case by case basis, provided we have the capacity to do so.

*10% discount is only valid on new special order wedding dresses ordered on August 11th & 12th, 2023. Special Order Wedding Dresses/Accessories must have a deposit of 70% paid on these dates. Sample Sale items must be paid in full on these dates and will leave the store with you the same day. Offer not valid on previously purchased merchandise, or on orders placed outside of August 11th & 12th, 2023. All sales are final, there will be no refunds, returns or exchanges. No holds.
