INTRODUCING MONICA’S BRIDAL’S VIRTUAL CONSULTATION & AT-HOME TRY-ON SERVICE!

Since you can’t come to us, we’re bringing the consultation to you both through scheduled FaceTime calls and Zoom meetings. You can schedule virtual consultations for Tuxedos and Bridal Gowns. All consultations are at no charge. If you’re looking for dresses of any kind, we’ve got you babe! Our consultations are designed to help guide you through your options, showing you available inventory, and relaying a lot of helpful information like we do normally in store.

After your consultation, you’ll be able to select gowns to try on at home. You will be able to pick up the gowns curbside at our store (maintaining our social distance ) at a designated time. The details of each program are listed below. Your Monica’s babes are here for you during this chaotic time! VIRTUAL MENSWEAR CONSULTATION

Chat with one of our stylists through a Zoom meeting. We’ll walk you through all of the options for either a single suit/tux rental or an entire wedding party. We’ll give you all the same information we would in an in-person consultation and even walk you through taking measurements if needed.

Once we decide on a style we can have a suit/tux mailed to your home to try on ($20 shipping fee) to ensure that you like the fit, color, etc. You will be given a prepaid shipping label to send the garments back. We recommend the initial consultation for wedding parties be with just the couple.

BRIDAL CONSULTATION & AT HOME PACKAGE

Schedule a FaceTime or Zoom consultation with a stylist to guide you through available dresses in our inventory, determine the appropriate size for you, and find dresses you’d like to try. Pick out up to 5 styles for curbside pickup. (This number may be lowered if demand is high.)

Pricing:

A security deposit of $150/dress (up to 5 dresses) will be charged to your credit card. The card number will be held securely on file while the dresses are out of the store.

If a dress is purchased, the entire deposit amount will be applied towards the purchase. If a second round of dresses are requested, the initial set must be received back before the new set is sent/picked up and the deposit will be held until both sets are returned.

If no dress is selected for purchase, all deposits will be refunded except for a $150 non-refundable at home try on fee.

Time frame: You’ll have 5 days from the time you receive the dresses to drop them back off.

*Fine print: Curbside pickup & drop off available during normal weekday store business hours only and must be pre-scheduled. If dresses are damaged, fees will apply. A late fee of $20/day will be assessed if dresses are not returned within the allotted time frame. All dresses returned will be treated with disinfectant and steamed at a temperature high enough to kill bacteria.
